RENAN B. NUÑEZ serves as Lead Drafter at PSS. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, major in Drafting Technology, from Cebu Technological University – Danao City Campus.
With around 12 years of professional experience as a Site Draftsman and Site Supervisor, he has developed strong expertise in drafting, design coordination, and construction documentation. In his current role as Lead Drafter, he oversees a team of drafters by providing technical guidance, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and reviewing the accuracy and completeness of drawing details. He also ensures that all project deliverables are prepared and submitted on time while maintaining quality and compliance with project requirements.
Renan has continuously strengthened his technical competencies through specialized training in industry-standard drafting and modeling software. He has completed training in Autodesk Revit Architecture, Revit MEPF, MicroStation 2D and 3D, and BOCAD Tower Basic and Advanced, further enhancing his capability in producing precise and efficient engineering documentation.
As a Lead Drafter, he plays a vital role in bridging engineering concepts and actual project implementation by transforming design intent into accurate, buildable, and coordinated technical drawings that support successful project execution.
Beyond his professional work in engineering, Renan is also interested in practical blue-collar trades such as carpentry, plumbing, and welding, reflecting his appreciation for hands-on craftsmanship and the essential skills behind construction and fabrication.
