His professional experience spans Australia, Singapore, and the Philippines, covering construction, heavy civil, transport, marine, industrial, transmission line, and substation projects. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Mapúa Institute of Technology, now Mapúa University, and is currently pursuing a Diploma of Building and Construction at Kangan Institute in Victoria, Australia. His technical expertise includes the design of buildings, bridges, roads, drainage systems, foundations, retaining structures, industrial facilities, gantries, transmission structures, and substation supports. In his current role, Chris leads civil and structural delivery for transmission line and substation projects. He oversees project management, design coordination, constructability reviews, client engagement, and field engineering, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, quality, and practical construction outcomes.

Renz Olex Mar Canlas is a Lead Transmission Line Engineer, Project Team Leader, and Project Manager at Power Structure Solutions, with over seven years of experience delivering transmission, renewable energy, and utility infrastructure projects across Australia and the Philippines. As a Registered Civil Engineer and accredited Materials Engineer, Renz combines strong technical expertise with practical project leadership to support the successful delivery of complex power infrastructure projects. Renz has extensive experience in the design, assessment, and management of overhead transmission line projects ranging from 11 kV to 500 kV. His expertise spans transmission line design, structural analysis, foundation engineering, design verification, technical coordination, project management, and construction support. He is highly proficient in industry-leading engineering software, including PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and PLS-TOWER, and has led multidisciplinary teams through concept development, detailed design, procurement support, and project execution. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, majoring in Drafting Technology, from Cebu Technological University – Danao City Campus. In his current role, Renan leads a team of drafters by providing technical guidance, delegating responsibilities, monitoring progress, and reviewing drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements. He also helps ensure that project deliverables are completed and submitted on schedule while maintaining high standards of quality. Renan has strengthened his technical capabilities through specialized training in Autodesk Revit Architecture, Revit MEPF, MicroStation 2D and 3D, and BOCAD Tower Basic and Advanced. These skills enable him to produce precise, coordinated, and efficient engineering documentation. As a Lead Drafter, Renan plays an important role in connecting engineering concepts with practical construction. Dustin Clyde Lafuente is a Civil and Structural Engineer with experience in the design, analysis, and assessment of transmission lines, substations, renewable energy facilities, and utility infrastructure projects across the Philippines and Australia. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Mapúa University in 2021 and has been a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the Philippines since 2022. Currently serving as a Civil/Structural Engineer at Power Structure Solutions, Dustin is responsible for the structural design and analysis of substations, transmission lines, and associated foundations. His experience spans projects up to 500 kV and includes foundation engineering, structural assessment, technical proposal development, site inspections, Safety in Design (SiD) reviews, project coordination, and preparation of engineering reports and specifications. Throughout his career, Dustin has contributed to a wide range of energy and infrastructure projects, including substations, wind farms, battery energy storage systems (BESS), solar developments, data centers, and overhead transmission networks. His work has involved concept development, detailed design, design review, structural assessment, and multidisciplinary engineering coordination. Prior to joining Power Structure Solutions, Dustin held engineering roles with Meralco Spectrum, J&S Clean Current Inc., and MIESCOR, where he gained valuable experience in solar EPC projects, substation design, project engineering, construction support, and stakeholder coordination.
