Thom Charles Estrada is a Graduate Civil/Structural Engineer at PSS, contributing to the planning and design of renewable energy and power infrastructure projects. A graduate of the BS in Civil Engineering program at the Technological Institute of the Philippines, he combines technical expertise with a commitment to delivering practical, reliable, and sustainable engineering solutions.
His professional expertise includes civil design, pole design, transmission line design, foundation design, and drafting. Thom is proficient in a range of industry-standard engineering software, including Civil 3D, PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, PLS-TOWER, AutoCAD, STAAD, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office, and ProjectLibre. Complementing his technical capabilities, he is a certified Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) Safety Officer 2 (SO2), reflecting his commitment to upholding safety, quality, and engineering excellence throughout every stage of project development.
